Steve was Manager of a Town that had an impressive record of not only developing plans but implementing them. Working with Staff, the Planning Commission, Town Council, citizens, private and non-profit partners, other local governments, and an array of consultants, the town planned, prioritized and funded construction of literally hundreds of CIP projects. Over the years, the Town routinely had over 50 projects of varying sizes in various stages of planning, design, permitting, and construction. The Town aggressively sought new funding sources and sought partnerships whenever possible. Steve’s experience in managing all this can be applied to your projects and initiatives.
